This is a battle of 2 first place teams who have really gotten their teams off to a quick start. The Buccaneers are rolling after 3 straight easy victories. The Bucs play a clock control, defensive style which really makes you earn your points. The Falcons are off to a 5-0 start with the 2 QB rotation that has been successful for them. This will be a battle of 2 hot teams.
The Falcons (Ethan)

OFFENSE
The Falcons start off by having a great offensive line to protect the combo of Schaub and Vick. More importantly the falcons line are really great run blockers, with Warrick Dunn and Jerious Norwood paired up in their backfield its very hard to key on either one of them. These are both speed backs so expect a lot of counters and pitches to utilize their elusiveness. Whether it's Vick or Schaub taking snaps, the options in the receiving core are limited. Luckily for them you have perhaps the most reliable tight end in the league in Alge Crumpler along with running back Warrick Dunn who really knows how to make things happen in the passing game.
Key Offensive Players:
Warrick Dunn Alge Crumpler
DEFENSE
The Falcons defense is loaded with pro-bowl caliber players. There is a stud player on each level of the defense starting with Patrick Kearney at defensive end. He can dominate his side of the line in either the pass rush or collapsing his side and forcing the run to go a different direction. Keith Brooking has been the man in the middle for the Falcons since they drafted him in 1998, his instincts and unbelievable tackling ability make him one of the elite linebackers in the game. Last but certainly not least I will mention DeAngelo Hall, he combines the speed and strength to make him in a class of LOCK DOWN corners that every madden baller salivates to have on their team.
Key Defensive Players:
DeAngelo Hall Patrick Kerney
The Buccaneers(Blu Pun)

OFFENSE
The Bucs are gonna have to come into this game and take the ball down the field 5 yards at a time. This is Pun’s specialty, because of the high powered Falcons defense and a mediocre at best Bucs offense he will move down the field with extreme patience on the back of Carnell Williams and tight end Alex smith. Look for counters, and blasts behind whichever lineman is giving Pun the biggest holes to capitalize on Cadillacs ability to break nice runs in small spaces. The pass game is going be 90% short yardage stuff, look for screens and flats passes to Cadillac and Alstott, also when Pun needs to pick up those crucial 3rd and 6's he is excellent at finding big tight end Smith even if he only has a half step on his defender.
Key Offensive Players:
Carnell Williams Alex Smith
DEFENSE
This defense is loaded with experienced defenders, and Pun moves his defense with perfect balance. He mixes zone and man so that you never know where the coverage is gonna be. With Derrick Brooks either dropping back in coverage or all out blitzing the QB, the Falcons are gonna have to watch where he goes. But be sure that when Vick is playing, Brooks will have a large roll in keeping him in the pocket. Ronde Barber has been a difference maker on the Bucs this year. He seems to get the big interception that changes the outcome of the game and he gets one EVERY game. So Schaub and Vick will be sure to look the other way.
Key Defensive Players:
Derrick Brooks Ronde Barber
Key Matchup:
VS
Carnell “Cadillac” Williams versus Keith Brooking
Blu Pun's offense is fueled by Cadillac as he is his best runner and at times, he is the number one target in the pass game. Even when you know its going to him, hes still hard to stop. Ethan is gonna need to shadow Cadillac with his best defender in Keith Brooking. If he can keep the ball out of Williams hands enough and force Pun to beat him with someone else...he can slow puns offense and get the win.
Outcome:
Im gonna be honest, there’s no way Ethan wins this game. I mean he has played the softest schedule in the MPL; the combined record of his opponents thus far is 7-18. He hasn’t played a single playoff contender yet. Pun is gonna show him what it takes to be in the MPL elite and beat him with ease.
Bucs win this one 24-10
